How to get shoreside concierge to respond?

Our cruise leaves in a little over 2 weeks and I’ve not had any luck communicating with shoreside concierge. We have 3 concierge staterooms in a row booked (a 1 bed and regular concierge rooms flanking on either side.)

Should I be calling instead of emailing? Is not responding normal?
 
On our HI cruise they were very late in responding via email. Simpler to call.
 
57 minutes on hold and when they picked up they couldn’t hear me due to a technical glitch on their end. Luckily they called me back so I didn’t have to go through the hold again!
 

Glad you got through! I was quoted a 250 minute hold time the other day (I decided wasn't worth it for the questions I had). I've given up on trying to email them.
 
Call them! The longest hold I've had with shoreside is 20 minutes. Good luck 🤞
