How to get recipes???

Does anyone know who to email to get recipes from Disney restuarants? I absolutely MUST have the recipe for the cold lentil salad fron Tangierine Cafe!!!

Nope, neither of those have this recipe. I know after our last trip I emailed someone at Disney for a recipe, but I can't find that email addresss!!!

We have had very good luck asking for the recipes to be emailed to us. Last year, we requested several at Boma's on a busy Friday night. When we returned home on the following Tuesday, the recipes were waiting.

This recipe was listed under Marrakesh, not the Cafe, so I don't know if it is the same one?? It is from WDWMAGIC.com where they have a huge recipe index and thread. Hope it helps!


Lentil Salad - Restaurant Marrakesh, Morocco - Epcot

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
12 ounces lentils
3 ounces mayonnaise
1 ounce chopped green bell pepper
1 ounce chopped red bell pepper
1 ounce chopped red onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt
pepper

Method of Preparation:
Boil lentils (do not over cook), wash, drain and let cool. Add all ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled.
