How to get previous year tax return records?

Last year, my wife and I used Taxact to do our taxes. No problems, but I foolishly misplaced the hard copies of the forms. I have the control numbers they provided me, but they have an abysmal website and each time I try to use their support page, it times out. They don't list any phone number for anyone to contact.

Does anyone know how I can get copies of the return?

I do believe you can get a copy from the IRS of your tax return.

I was able to get mine right on the site I used when I filed. They have all the years listed and I believe you need Adobe reader. I just did that for my son for college, he needed a copy of 2007 returns.
