How to get pictures inside the WL?

I apologize if this is the wrong forum.
How do you manage to get pictures inside the WL lobby? From pics I have seen (that were very good) it looks like it is fairly dark in there. I know most flashes (including mine and I have a Nikon camera) are not strong enough to get everything. So how do people manage to get pictures?

Depends on your camera. Adjust your F stops and use a tripod. User faster film speed. Use Photoshop after the fact to lighten while maintaining contrast. All of the above.

I have tried a few times w/ a few different types of cameras and no such luck. My dad goes once (by himself - so no one knows how he did it) and gets amazing pics.

It's b/c of those pics that the WL is his favorite! I'll try and quiz him later!

My favorite pictures are ones that are taken in natural lighting. Are you taking digital or film? Can you override the camera settings and set your own f/stop and shutter speed? And as was mentioned above, use a tripod! We have gotten some great pictures at WL and VWL using no flash and going very late at night. No people around. Good luck!

Use a tripod and don't use a flash. Then use the self-timer so absolutely eliminate jitters.

same here....use a tripod and dont use a flash for best results/....but it does depend on camera
