My friend returned from WDW on June 7. He used Photopass. He paid for it but never received an e-mail with the confirmation number. He can't access his pictures.
Who/how does he contact WDW to get that? He has tried several things but seems to get the run around-a precanned e-mail and a voice mail box.
Thanks

question. I read it as your friend pre ordered the photopass CD and never received a confirmation number to allow him to order the CD when he has completed his photo choices.. If that is the case, I suggest he find the charge, either on a credit card bill or a bank statement, and call Disney Guest Relations at 407-824-4321.

http://www.disneyphotopass.com/ I'm not sure either. I also pre-ordered and at time of order there was a confirmation number reciept type page that you print out--if I remember correctly. I may have also received an email.'Maybe your friend can try to input his email and password on the page of the above link and retrieve it that way.

Okay so I read a little of how it works, but I have questions about the CD.

From how I understand it, and please correct me if I'm wrong, all of the photos of you that are taken by CMs during the length of your trip are not numbered by little pieces of paper anymore but instead assigned to a card. I am told that if you buy a CD you then have access to all of the photos and can print them from home instead of buying prints from WDW.

Is that right? And if it is can I have some details please? Thanks!

That is correct. The CD is $99 if you pre-order and $125 after you get home. You can edit the pictures and add borders when you get home. Then you can print them at your local store. You can also go to certain stores in the parks to view your photos. If there are only a few you like you can just buy prints of those. Prices are $13 for 2 4x6 prints / 1 5x7 or 2 5x7 prints for $23 for example. Check out this website as well: http://stitchkingdom.com/disneysphotopass/

You can access the photos without buying the CD...you just have to pay seperately for them. Also, if you buy them seperately, you can't get copies made because you don't have the copyright...if I'm not mistaken, but buying the CD gives you the right to print and do as you wish with them.
