How to get groceries?

What have any of you done to get groceries without the use of a rental car? Any suggestions?

I've seen posts about wegoshop.com. They deliver groceries which you can order on line or with a phonecall. We usually drive, and make our own grocery stop, but we plan on using them in Feb when we fly.
