How to get from rental home to Disney

Need help from anyone that know the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We have rented a house for 2 days before cking into BWV and need to know how to get to Disney. We are staying at Oak Hill Trail in Kissimmee. We normaly dont come 2 days early but we wanted to go to NASA. Thats another question is NASA worth going to. If not could you make another suggestion.
We always just go to Dinsey but this year since we have a few extra days we wanted to see some to the other things Orlando has to offer.

PS:If anyone is looking for a 4 bedroom house to rent they have June 12-17 open. He is renting us this house for 220.00 total for the 2 days and does not charge a cleaning fee.

We're renting a home too for the second part of our trip, but using www.villadirect.com , who we've been very happy with in the past. Can't help you with Oak Hill. Ours is in Oak Island Cove.

But I can say that NASA is definitely worth going to if you're a space fan at all. I'm in heaven there! We're even doing the "Lunch with an astronaut" thing.

I think Oak Hill Trail is on Indian Ridge. If I'm right then you just drive up the 545 onto the 192 and then you can cross over to use the Sherbeth road shortcut into Disney or go right on the 192 and turn right into the main Disney entrance. From there you'll find the Disney resorts signposted.

Any tips on getting from Indian Creek to Disney would be appreciated.

Indian Creek is just slightly north on the 545 than Indian Ridge so you would go the same way. If you exit the community and turn left you will be going north on the 545 which joins the 192.

Thanks for the info, I'm trying to get comfortable with the area. I read there is a Winn-Dixie on Apopka Vineland Road? Is this the closest Supermarket to the area? If not, what is, and do they have a Walmart close by?

the Publix is closer - there is a NEw super Walmart at the junction of US 192 and US 27.
