How to get from POFQ to....

we are staying @ POFQ in July for our honeymoon. Has anyone been there recently and traveled to the different parks and DTD and can tell me how the buses run from there and the time frames. I want to try to figure out what time we need to get motivated in the morning.


Also I would like to know how you get to one part to another. Is there a site that explains this?

I would like to know how you get to one part (park) to another.

There is "direct" transportation between all the WDW theme parks.

Most routes are via Disney Buses.

Here are the "park-to-park" Disney Transportation direct connections:

MK/TTC> Epcot = Monorail
MK/TTC> DHS = Bus
MK/TTC> AK= Bus

AK> DHS= Direct Bus
AK> Epcot= Direct Bus
AK> TTC/MK= Bus

DHS> TTC/MK= Bus
DHS> AK= Direct Bus
DHS> Epcot= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)
......Boats ("Friendships") make 3 interim stops at the Epcot area resorts.)

Epcot > TTC/MK= Monorail
Epcot > AK= Direct Bus
Epcot> DHS= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)
......Boats ("Friendships") make 3 interim stops at the Epcot area resorts.)

The buses have their destinations shown on them on illuminated signs.
The bus stops at the parks are also marked with signage.

As a rule-of-thumb, allow 40-60 minutes to get from the gates of one park to the gates of another park.

To go to ANY park in time to experience ROPE DROP in the morning, be at your resort's bus stop 60 minutes before park opening.

There will be BOATS that travel to and from DTD and POFQ.

These run all day, departing every 30 min. or so
(depending on the time-of-day.)

The buses to all parks begin running at about 6:30 AM, or so and continue running all day and into the night.

Each park will have multiple buses running from the resort separated by about 20 minutes. So if you just miss a bus to, say, Magic Kingdom...
another MK bus should be coming along within about 20 minutes.

When leaving the parks, there will be buses running back to your resort all day up until well after that park has been closed for the evening.
