How to get from BLT to Universal Studios on one day

I've booked our WDW vacation and would like to start "working on" dh to let us spend one day at Universal Studios. We want to experience the Wizarding World of HP.

Question is: If we use Magical Express and not a rental car, how can we get our family of 6 from BLT to US and back in on day?

Mears runs a shuttle. You can book it at their desk at MCO. If you haven't already purchased Universal tickets Dreams Unlimited has a "package" you can book that includes 1day, 2 park tickets to Universal along with the Mears transfer. I used it on my last trip and it was VERY easy & convenient.

ETA: sorry, skimmed past the party of 6 part lol. In that case I agree with Lewisc, a cab would probably be a better option.

I'd suggest a taxi (van). Mears is going to charge per passenger. Mears could wind up costing you over $100 (depending on the ages of your kids). A taxi would probably cost a little less and be a lot more convenient. Alternately rent a car for the day. You'll ave to pay for parking at Universal.
