How to get code/pin offer

Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of getting a code/pin offer? We are going in Dec and I figure that there is not enought time to get one for then, but since we have AP's this year, I would like to go back in early march if I could get a good deal. Any advice?

With Annual passes you can book with the best rate program. Not sure if you are outside the 60 day window or not for December. Nothing past 2/15 has been released.
