How to find out if you have a PIN?

Trying to plan our first trip to WDW. I signed up to get a free planning DVD last year when we hoped to go but things didn't work out so we had to postpone to this year. I know I signed up with my email and DH's email acct to try to get pins. DH did get the Monster mailer but we need to go in mid-October. How do I find out if either one of us has a PIN that is associated w/ our accts?

In the past, I have just called and asked. Usually need to be the same address and name and all that jazz. But if there is one attached to your file the CM can usually just pick it up, it doesn't mean that it will be valid for the times that you want, or even still valid for use, That's happened to me before .

just call the disney travel company number and they will let you know. i was hessitant about doing this but did it this morning. i have a trip already book for november which is black out dates for dining but when i called i had a pin code for free dining for the dates already booked. so she added it to my ressie for me. and she asked me how old the "master" in the group was and i told her 16, she said he's not an adult for the room ressie then and changed him to a child and took 70 bucks off my room charge. so there was pixie dust for us this morning and i would say it's worth the call.

Don't know the exact science, if there ever was one to pin codes, but I saw on another board where someone got a pin code after signing in DisneyDestinations.com (this was about a yr. ago)...I did the same then and got one too...but I may have been just lucky.Recently, My friend gave me a pin code for free dining in Oct. (the dates I needed were not avail. w/the public code), she didn't realize that only she could use it...but I am gonna try my luck with calling in and asking if I have a code,and signing up for dvd,website etc....maybe I'll get some pixie dust

Ugg! I just tried to call to see if a PIN was on our account...nothing! Last time we visited WDW, we went with my parents and my MIL. They all got PINS in the mail in the past 2 weeks. For us....NOTHING!! So sad. At least I tried. Better luck to you all!

a friend of mine just told me this morning she got a post card type thing in the mail the other day so maybe they will be coming to lots of people. she didn't say what the offer was. good luck!
