I need to email my DVC rep and cannot find a list of email addresses anywhere. Does anyone know how I can find it? I am looking for Tim Grabman.

Thanks!!

While the personal Disney.com email addresses for individual CMs/Guides may be made available to you by the guide or CM, they are not generally intended to be public addresses, but rather for internal corporate communications.

The DVC board has a policy of not posting individual CM/Guide addresses, only the more generic "public" addresses, like those used for Member Services or the Member Satisfaction Team.

Thanks - can you refer me to somewhere that I can find the public address?

Thanks

Also..... e-mails to guides are a 1 way transmission.
Your guide CANNOT reply and must call you back...so...why bother, just call him!! :goodvibes

I can;t call him infortunately. We are in NB Canada which DVC cannot sell into. I was hoping to have a workaround by communicating by email. We are going to Disney April 5-20 and want to do an add-on while we are there. I wanted to have everything allset for when we arrive so we will not have to spend half our vacation doing the add-on...

Thanks again
Jessica

I would call him when you get to the resort, then they can set up an appointment for the next day or so, and have the paperwork ready.

I'm not sure...but...
IMHO..
You are already a DVC member. Maybe add on's have different rules that the initial DVC sale??:confused3
I'd give him a call and ask...can't hurt??

I think the add-ons are the same issue, but I will give it a shot anyway.

Thanks all!

We're members in Ireland and have the same problem. When we wanted to do an add on I called my guide with all the details and arranged a time to call in to the preview center at SSR where we signed the paperwork and paid for our points.

If you call your guide now with what you want to do he can get the paperwork sorted out for you to sign when you are there
