how to find best IGT/OGT/VGT deals of last year (2018) for 2019 research...

Hi and thanks in advance!

I'm curious to know what deals were the BEST in 2018. Wondering if that might translate to a 2019 version of that cruise also being a great deal. i.e. the least busy times of year etc.
Would be looking for cruises out of Pt Canaveral or NYC.
Does anyone/site log historical prices?
