How to figure out the exact date a ticket expires

I know that tickets expire 6 months after first use but I'm wondering exactly what six months means since the months have different amount of days.

I first used my 3 Day Florida resident ticket w/ park hopper on September 11th 2015, and I know I have 1 day unused left. I'm wondering if I would make it to the garden festival at Epcot in March or not. Any help would be very appreciated

I thought tickets expired 14 days after first use unless you have an annual pass.

To be clear, all tickets expire 14 days after first use except the 3- and 4-day Florida Resident tickets. Your 3-day ticket will expire 6 calendar months after its first use, on 3-11-16.
