How to figure out days left on ticket?

I have some Disney tickets from a trip a few years ago - they were supposed to never expire. But how can I find out how many days are left on each ticket? Is there a place to put in the bar card number? A phone number to call?

You can't find out anything about them until you get to Disney. They used to have a phone number but no longer.

We had this problem last year.... The ONLY way to find out is to go to the ticket counter or customer relations at the GATE! Isn't that insane?!?!?

Thats why I've started marking off the days on the back of each ticket. I think Disney could make this easier somehow. We stood in line at CR once to get info on days remaining...no more, like I said, we just started marking the back of the tickets, we now know what we have available at all times.
