How to explain different face character actors

I was thinking along these lines. Like Santa is in the North Pole, Cinderella is Disney World. That breaks down a bit if she eats at CRT and then wants to meet Elena and therefore meets a different Cinderella. I guess WDW is a big place and she can’t be everywhere st once even there.

Does anyone know what the characters say if the kid asks if they’re the real one?
I am a character performer and often will get asked by kids if I am the real character. We of course will always say yes as there is only one of each character. Sometimes kids will push back and say the character looked different last time etc, usually I just say something like “Fairy Godmother must have changed my hair/make up for me” or “I must have been tired/too excited from dancing with Prince Charming”

When my family took Disney trips my mom always wondered why they always had lots of every character and I told Mom that Disney makes each character unique and that is why characters are magical at Disney Parks. Mom has always liked the different Jasmine characters and the different Aladdin characters and with each face character like Snow White you can tell the difference that the character actors have their own style of how they play the character so well. But with characters like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse it's like with identical twins you can't really tell the non- face characters apart because each one has it's own style depending on the character actors who plays which Mickey you'll meet in the parks
