How to entertain yourself during a long car ride

One word:: books. I LOVE reading on car and plane rides. Sometimes, I'll get a book and hold off on reading it if I know I have a long car ride coming up.
I usually also have my writing notebook and my iPod. What I do depends on my mood.
Occasionally, I'll take my DS.

Thank you for all your good ideas. I usually can't read in the car cause of car sickness. But i will download some disney music from my disney CDs and some disney podcasts.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. DVD player, books, PSP, iPod, Laptop. I personally can find hours of entertainment in a PSP or iPod touch, since they do the same things except for the PSP has better games.

I am going to download the whole season of pretty little liars. (even though it isnt that good) And a couple of jersey shore episodes
