How to dress for a trip in 10 days?

My husband and I will be visiting California and Disneyland Resort for the first time just 10 days from today (we are super excited!!!). I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what to wear to the park and things to bring into the park in my small drawstring backpack (I usually bring sunscreen and a sweatshirt in it when I visit King's Island here in Ohio). We plan on being at the parks all day Wednesday and Thursday, March 15 and 16. Thanks for any advice and suggestions!

Wear your most comfortable shoes, no matter how much they clash with anything else you are wearing. No telling what the weather will be for sure this far in advance, but normally jeans, Tshirt and a Sweatshirt/Jacket for later would be good.

Carry a water bottle and some snacks.

Check the weather before you leave and then again the days you are going o the parks. It has been very weird here in Southern California this year! Today in the parks it was warm mid-morning (Capri and t-shirt weather), then it turned cold and rained (long pants, sweatshirt, jacket, umbrella/poncho) all in a matter of an hour. The forecast did say 20% chance of rain in the early afternoon and normally we would probably not think much of that, but not this year!

I usuallly carry an emergency poncho, water bottle, sun glasses, small sunscreen, chapstick, wallet, Aleve, and phone on me. I usually wear or tie a sweatshirt on me.

Layers, layers, layers! That way you'll be comfortable and prepared for whatever our weird weather brings your way. You can always get a locker if you don't want to carry things around with you all day. Bring zip loc bags for your phone, camera, and other electronics so they stay dry on water rides. I always carry sunscreen, lip balm, hand sanitizer, Rx meds, ear plugs. You can get things like band aids for free at First Aid.
