How to determine if tickets in MDE are "ghost tickets"?

I've looked for this answer and if it's here I just can't find it.

I have 2 tickets on MDE that may be "ghost tickets"

Our last trip had numerous ticket issues and at one point we had 2 sets of tickets on the account. It got fixed/refunded, or so I thought. But between adding days to tickets, days to our trip and charges while there I have no idea if the charges got corrected or not. I never tried to figure it out after the fact, just assumed that it did get fixed. We did have issues every time we entered the park with our tickets not scanning and having to use the alternate entry where a CM had to scan the ticket with a handheld device. And even then several times we ran in to problems pulling FP with them.

So, now I see that 2 members of the party have tickets showing in MDE. I click on them and they simply say something about a paperless ticket and there's a choice to matching it to anyone in the party. I have some valid tickets also linked to my account and when I click on them they look the same, with the same options, as the potential "ghost" ticket does. Which is why I am having trouble figuring out how to know for sure what these mystery tickets are

What does MDE say/look like if it's a ghost ticket? Or how can I find out if it's a ghost ticket or really a ticket that never got adjusted properly during our last trip?
