How to determine anual dues??

If SS is $4.12 and you have 200 points, do you multiply the two together? That seems high...if not, how do you figure out what the dues are? Thanks

4.12 x 200 = $824 Annual Dues

Yes, you multiply the annual dues is $4.12X200=$824. If you are on the Disney Finance program the monthly amt is $68.67, or just set it aside so when you get the dues notice you have it.

That's correct. We didn't finance, but we do have our dues set up to be autopaid from our checking account monthly. It works just like a monthly payment, and we hardly notice it when it is spread out over 12 months. We were just discussing this very topic last night over dinner. We figured that with our maintenance fees being in the $2000 a year range, we are getting a lot of value out of our DVC when we consider that we take 2-3 trips there a year and always stay in at least a 1 or 2 bedroom each trip for 5-12 nights. The discussion was about what those same reservations would have cost if we were paying rack rate, and how we have been so happy using our points these past 10 years.
