How to count the 60/30 days

I know, I've probably asked this before, but I never remember when it comes time that I need the info.

How exactly do I count the days to make the 60 or 30 day reservations (for meals/Fantasmic)? Do I count the day of the reservation as one of the days?

We have a large group doing a character breakfast, so I want to call as soon as I possibly can to get the time we want. If I want to make a reservation for July 10, which day would I call in May?

May 10. It's not actually 30/60 days but more like 1/2 months. BTW I made a character meal reservation for 20 once at under the 2 month mark without issue, other than the CM needing a manager to make the reservation for that large a party.

Yes, it's two months for meals, and one month for reservations that you need to pay for (Fantasmic, etc.)
