how to contact WL concierge

We are staying at WL next week and have not been contacted by them. Is there an email or # where I can reach them. It's a shame the concierge team at each resort isn't the same-- we've already been contacted by AKL for our July stay. Beth

Thanks for the number. I called and said I was staying there next week on the concierge floor and asked to be connected to the concierge. When I was connected I didn't again identify myself as on the concierge level because why else would I be calling there. The cast member said -oh hold on let me transfer you and transferred me to the regular Disney dining line. We were booked for Chef Mickey's for dinner on Easter Sunday--all DU could get me was 8:30 PM so I hoped to get in earlier. The gentleman said concierge should have done it for me instead of transferring me and told me nothing else was available. Should I give up? I thought the extra $$ would help me get reservations and since noone from WL contacted me I finally called them rather than wait til we arrive. Does anyone have any experience with this. Thanks Beth
 
I'd be calling back and asking for a manager - and giving them the Whole story starting with how concierge never contacted you up to your current 'transfer' story.

You're paying for the service and not getting it - I'd be complaining! I'd be nice about it (at first :) - always gets me further than yelling) and see if I get results. If not, *then* I'd get nasty :D

Also consider e-mailing to WDW your problem - I've been getting actual phone calls back, not just the pre-written "sorry, but" e-mails. You can go here to send the e-mail:

I would send it either to the general "WDW" or "regarding your WDW reservation" subject headings.

Maybe the person at concierge thought you got them by mistake. I would definitely have told them that I was staying on the concierge level.

When we stayed there last year. I had called exactly 7 days from the day we wanted to see Fantasmic and they were able to get me a ps at mama melrose without me waiting to get to the resort.
 
Hmmmm.....I'll be staying at WL concierge in four weeks and haven't heard from them. How do they contact you -- via mail, I assume? Last summer we stayed at Poly concierge and received a mailing from them beforehand (I don't remember how much beforehand) asking about preferences, PS's, etc. Thanks.:)
 
I emailed the address above with my story on Fri. If I don't hear back I will call again on Mon. Anyone ever been contacted in advance by WL concierge or isn't the service consistant at the different resorts? thanks for the help Beth
