What part of WDW do you want to get in touch with?

It's such a vast place - is it central reservations, customer service or someone else?

If you want to contact a Walt Dsiney Resort direct via Email - I don't think you can. But you can phone or fax them.

Thanks,What i really need to know is we purchased 4 x7 day hopper plus tickets last year, we only visited 3 parks on 3 seperate days and 1 water park( typhoon lagoon),i am not sure what days we have remaining on the tickets?.

Hi John - Welcome to the Dis!

A 7 day Plus Pass allows you to move from park to park for the specified number of days on your pass. Each day you use the ticket, it counts as one day off your pass and you may go to and from as many theme parks as you like that day. There are several "plus" admissions with each pass. Plus admissions include your choice of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island and Disney's Wide World of Sports. You receive 4 "plus" admissions with your 7 day pass.

So as you say you used your Pass for 3 seperate days to visit parks and one visit to a water park, theoretically this should mean you have 4 days left and 3 'Plus' admissions left.

As these passes are valid for life, you have enough there to do another holiday

I know that you can get your passes checked at guest relations in the parks or WDW resorts, so you could wait til you get there and get your passes checked before you enter the parks on your first visit - you can then purchase any additional days if required.

If the tickets have some sort of serial number on them you may be able to contact guest services before hand and get them checked - although I'm not sure who you would get in touch with.

Thank you.So i still have 3 pluses left as well the remaining 4 days.
Yes we are going in May 2004,15 of us 2 villas clear creek,watch out florida the thompsons are back in town
