Yesterday, after a long wait on hold, I spoke with a DVC representative who just couldn't have been nicer, more patient, or helpful. He came up with a solution to my situation that was way beyond anything I would have imagined. If I could have reached through the phone and hugged him, I would have. He was the Disney Magic and Pixie Dust I used to believe in. I did the survey at the end of the call, but I didn't catch the address to provide further praise. Anyone know how to do that? Thanks!
