how to commend a cast member HELP

We had a couple of wonderful CMs while there. I used to think they gave you comment cards at check-out to make comments about exceptional service, but didn't get anything like that this time. How would I go about sending a report about a bus driver, a waitress and the concierge staff (a couple in particular)?
