Hi just wondered how to clean crocs...My son had yellow disney ones and they are stained...i wash them w/ soap but not much better.. any suggestions?

I pop mine in the washing machine (with some laundry) and they come out lovely and clean :)

Throw them right in the washing machine and they look almost new.

I have never washed mine.....I will have to try that. I have heard that they make Croc butter to shine them up with.

I just wash with soap and water then every so often throw them in the washing machine. Hope it works.

I use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for a quick clean-- works great!!!
I know someone who put her kids in the dishwasher and they shrank 2 sizes!!!LOL---

I am sorry but the idea of washing DS 13s Crocs in the dishwasher makes me want to be very and suddenly sick. I don't think I would ever eat on dishes or use silverware again. :scared1::sick::scared:

STICK THE Crocs IN THE SINK OR BATHTUB...GET A SPONGE AND SOAP..THEY CLEAN RIGHT UP...THEY DRY RIGHT AWAY TOO....:thumbsup2 I CLEAN MY KIDS CROCS EVERY OTHER DAY THIS WAY

Love 2 Shop what you wrote was accidentally really funny :rotfl2:. Leaving out apostrophe can make such a difference. You wrote that you clean your KIDS in the sink with a sponge and soap every other day, not your kids' crocs. By the way, how old are these kids and how big is your sink?:lmao:

They CAN shrink from the heat of the washing machine and definately in the dishwasher.

I have the very light (pearl?) grey and frankly I have not been able to keep them clean. I wash them in the washing machine on cold weekly and have tried scrubbing with soap and water, and have tried a magic eraser. I did let her play in the pool wearing them and that helped quite a bit but now that the pool is closed for the season it has been a loosing battle.

Honestly, those of you that keep them clean, are they the very light colored ones?

Try wearing them in the shower at some point. Shampoo does wonders for them.

Patchchild, that is a really good idea and at the same time, strangely hilarious. Thanks. :rotfl2:

This really tickled my funny bone too. :lmao: I just had a vision of shrinking the kids and saving alot of money on clothing.:rotfl2:

Gemini, I am confused now... ."Try a Scrubing sponge and soft scrub with bleach. Perfection." on the kids or on the Crocs.

I've only washed them in the shower. They're not sparkling new looking but do look much better.

I have a question about the washing machine method. What cycle do you use? Do you let the crocs go through the spin cycle with the rest of the wash? :confused3 TIA :laundy:
