How to choose dining time?

I do not see the option to choose first seating for dining on the website when I book. How do I do this?

On the website, the default is second seating (late). If you want Main seating (early) you need to call DCL and ask for it to be switched.

Or go into your cruise reservation on the web site (after booking) and in first box (summary), you can change dining, stateroom or class.

Where are you seeing that? When I go to the summary page, all I see is

Nothing that allows me to change anything.

I click on the "View Details" link and it takes me to the reservation where you can change the seating time but only if it is available.

I had to call DCL this time and request to be placed on the waiting list for main, but that is because I booked last minute and all they had was second.

If they are not allowing you to change it then you shoud definitely call and asked to be switched or placed on the waiting list.

Hmmm.... on "view details" it doesn't list the dining time on my reservation, only on the first page.

I wonder if there are problems on the site this evening. I went in to change some excursions I had planned and cannot access anything other than the main page with the itinerary.
When I clicked on View Details it took me to the reservation and shows that I still don't have an assigned cabin (VGT) which I kind of expect until the last minute.
And it shows that we have second seating.
