How do you change over a reservation to which a credit card is attached,like CRT, or BBB? Can anyone help?

I would say that you don't. If someone wants your specialty reservation than arrange to release it at a specific time so that person can call and book as soon as you cancel it.How do you change over a reservation to which a credit card is attached,like CRT, or BBB? Can anyone help?
