How to Change Passporter 2004 to 2005?

My MIL got me a Disneyworld Passporter 2004 book for Christmas. This was on my list, but knowing that 2005 is out, I wonder if I can simply exchange this somewhere or update or what. Anyone know? I have no idea where she bought it, but would like the most updated info. Will it cost me? If so, how much? Thanks.

You can go to www.passporterstore.com and order a 2005 edition or if you have the deluxe ring-bound edition, you can order the 2005 refill kit. Both cost the same, $18.66 plus shipping.
