How to change Cirque Drawn To Life reservation?

I made a reservation for the Cirque Drawn to Life show, but my travel plans have changed and I need to reschedule it to a week later. The phone number listed on the website and on the reservation just plays a message at any time of day with no way to leave a message or talk to a person. How can I change or cancel my reservation?
 
Disregard. I managed to reach a person at the phone number provided after I realized that the hours given are Pacific time.
 
Were you able to change your show date without issue? I am wondering about changing around my plans too.

They said that the tickets are normally no refund, no exchanges. But they agreed to do a one-time date change for me. If my travel plans change again, then I lose my money.
 

They refunded my tickets for May 6th 2020. Ph# 702-352-0221. We rescheduled our trip for Jan 2021, but there were no 8:30pm seatings, only 5:30pm and no shows scheduled for the last week of January. We decided to just get a refund and see what the availability will be later.
 
I called yesterday to put in a request to move our June 5th tickets to July. She said she would submit it, and someone would call me. I have not heard anything yet.

I cancelled my May tickets and rescheduled them to Dec. Was told new tickets would come from local vendor, but so far nothing,
 
I called to cancel reservations on Apr 29 and May 6. I was told the Apr 29 would be cancelled, but they haven't officially decided on May yet. They said they would request a refund, but someone might contact me about it.

I initially tried to cancel May and they said no.......so I moved it since we are going in Dec......but no new ticket yet.
I just wrote to them to see how long it will be. No answer yet
 
We had tickets for same night as you and called to cancel for refund. Did you receive your refund yet? We have not.:sad1:

Yes, received it 2 days ago.
 
The earliest date you can book tickets now is June 2nd. I called and requested a refund for my show on May 12th.
 
I also have request a refund for May 19th Cirque tickets to Drawn To Life!

I got the following response yesterday after emailing a week ago:

Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. We apologize for the delay in response as we are experiencing higher than normal inquiries with reduced staff.

At this time we are assisting immediately affected guests (April performances), as such it may take us a little bit longer to assist with your specific inquiry.

Thank you for your understanding and we will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.

Same email I got today when I inquired about my date change
 
As you can see from the seating chart above, the seats and sections for the new show have yet to be numbered. The seating a stage location appear to be the same as it was for La Nouba, but we'll have to wait until official information is published to be certain.

In the meantime, the seating and pricing is divided up into four color-coded sections according to the chart.
 
For those working on getting refunds from their Drawn to Life tickets this is the latest correspondence I have gotten from them for my May 19th date!
