How to celebrate a 40th Birthday at Disney???

Okay I need your help experts. What can I do to surprise my best friend who will be celebrating (with kids) her 40th in the world??? Any suggestions, big or small, will be appreciated.

Get a celebration cruise for WISHES or ILLUMINATIONS scheduled, they have the celebration cruises for around 200 (you could find a family to split it with on that board) and the boat will be decorated, snacks/drinks provided, and music piped in and a magical way to view the show in a private location away from the crowds, would make a memorable 40th.

Also, don't forget to make her wear the b-day pin around on her big day.
