how to cancel resort reservation

If I booked online and cancel my resort reservation does the deposit go back on the credit card I used or do I have to call to cancel to get a refund sorted out? Thanks!

If you booked online through Disney and cancel your reservation, and you are cancelling in advance of any penalty period, your full deposit will go back on the credit card you used to place the deposit - no need to call!
