How to buy Magic Bands when you've made a reservation for other people?

Hey all, I am currently planning a trip for my family and my in-laws. I am in charge of everything and called months ago to make two reservations on my account since we need two rooms. I ordered the magic bands for my family when the new bands released and now I am trying to order the magic bands for my in-laws. It lets me select and customize the bands but when I go to payment the payment method section shows this error message: "We're having trouble retrieving your payment info right now." The only info I can find about this error message is someone saying you can't make the purchase if you aren't the person who booked the trip (like if a travel agent books for you). But I 100% booked our trip for both reservations. The reservation does show up in MDE saying "Reservation made by: (name of one of my in-laws)." They haven't done a thing though. I called and booked both reservations and have been handling everything.

What exactly do I do here?
 
try using different browsers and deleting your cookies. I got that error and doing those things helped me work through the issue.

They are just guessing at the reason. It's wrong.
I have had that same message and I booked the reservation for myself.
So I'm positive that is not why I got the message
It's just a glitch. MDE is full of them.
All I did was tried again another day.
It worked fine
