I have a Disney World AP and want to upgrade to a Premier Passport in Disneyland. How can I get the pass without paying to park that first day.

Val--

Just park at the Downtown Disney District parking lot to get your Premier Passport. That lot is located closet to the Park and offers free parking for up to three hours — or up to five hours of free parking with validation from participating locations.

Or you should be able to pay for parking, then bring the receipt, and they will credit you with that amount towards the premier.

I would do what bumbershoot recommends-pay for the parking and bring your receipt along. They'll deduct it from the price you pay. Otherwise you'll have to make sure to move your car before the free time runs out.

That is what we have done.

We have always just paid the fee and taken the receipt to the AP processing counter and have been given a cash refund.
