How to bring out vivid colors?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if you could suggest what I do to bring out vivid colors in photos?

I am using a Nikon D50 .. Thanks!

What do you have the "Optimize Image" set at? I currently have mine set at Vivid. I've also used Normal, Sharp and also played around with the customized settings. But currently am liking the Vivid setting.

Thanks. When I see an orange leaf, I want it to be very orange. I was fiddeling around tonight. I'm going to go out tomorrow and see how it turns out.

I wasn't sure if there was a filter for this kinda thing.

Try using a circular polarizing filter that should help!
