How to Book Bus

How do you reserve a spot on the Disney Cruise Line bus when you are coming from a Disney World Resort?

Call DCL direct or call your TA.

You can add it in your reservation online. It's called ground transfers.

When do you do this? Like how far out from the cruise?

You can add transfers to port at least up until 3 days prior to departure. While you can book ground transfers online, it only gives the option for MCO / Port. You (or your TA) will need to call DCL to have that adjusted for WDW -> port, so you might as well call in the first place.

We decided close to the last minute to add WDW after our last cruise. I just called DCL and they took care of it for us. Very easy
