How to book BOG for big group?

A month to ADRs.

We’ll have 3 rooms on the DP, and from what I understand from other posts, in order to preorder at BOG each room needs it own ADR? Do I need to log in to each MDE account, or is there a way to do it from my MDE?

Make sure everyone is on your friends & family list. Then book for the ADR for the entire party.

You might have to break it up into more than one reservation depending on the number of people.

There will be a limit (it varies from restaurant to restaurant but typically around 8-12) to the number of people you can book a table for online via MDE. Above that you need to call up - might be worth giving them a call anyway to see what they advise.

If each party wants to pre-order and pay separately then each party will need their own ADR. Each room doesn’t necessarily need their own ADR but each person paying for the order would. If three people are paying, then split up into 3 ADRs and each ADR can be any number of people. For instance, party of 12, 3 people paying. You can break up the parties into 3 groups of 4, 4 groups of 3 (one party simply wouldn’t place an order), 1 group of 6 and 2 groups of 3, and so on. That might make it easier to find ADR times that work.

You seat yourself for breakfast and lunch so you can make the ADRs for smaller groups at the same (or nearly the same) times. For example instead of 1 party of 12 at noon, book 3 parties of 4 at noon (or close to noon).

This is not the issue here.
In order for each room to PAY separately, they must each have their own ADR. Believe that is for Pre order too. I Do not believe that can be done via one MDE Account.

To clarify... we’ll be a group of 11. Three families of 5, 4, and 2.

I know I need 3 separate ADRs so each party can use their DP and preorder.

How do I do that since I’m making the reservations? For my other ADRs I know they’ll just use our MBs at the table to separate out bill, so I plan to log into my MDE and book a party of 11. BOG is different. Do I need everyone’s MDE login info or can I book 3 separate ADRs under my own MDE? If we’re linked can I book under their names through my MDE?

On a computer, not in the app, I have been able to make an ADR and assign someone in my friends list as the primary contact for the ADR. I have also been able to do this over the phone. It used my credit card info to secure the ADR just the same (so make sure if you do this that everyone will show up or cancel because whoever you assign is then the only person who can modify or cancel the ADR).

ETA: you won’t be able to book 3 ADRs at the same time using yourself as the primary contact.
