How to book ADR?

I'm a week away from my 60 days out - how do I book advance dining? Both the My Disney Experience app and website have my hotel reservation, so I should be able to book an ADR at 60 days out + length of stay, right?

When does this window open? Midnight Pacific Time? Will the app / website be smart enough to extend the time window and let me book for 60+4 days out?

And how, exactly, do I book dining? The app lets me "link a dining reservation" but doesn't seem to have any way to make one...

Hi-so you can book online, through the app or by calling. I recommend calling. I like getting vocal confirmation, writing down the confirmation number, and then seeing it link.

The phones open I believe at 7 AM EST now (i may be wrong and that can change). Have the restaurants, number of people, dates and times you want ready to go. Have any known allergies or intolerances ready to go as well. They will ask if you are celebrating something and if you are notify them.

And if you cant get a time-keep calling back every day at various times or checking online or on the app-availability will pop up.

The app gives some weird times so thats another reason why I call.

I figured it out - the app has a plus sign in the center middle that holds the "make dining reservation" area, and it sounds like the app and website will (should?) automatically recognize my trip and allow me to book 60+4 days out for ADR.

Online starts at 6am EST (sometimes the times will be available at 5:45am). I recommend doing it online since it’s available an hour earlier than calling and hard to get ADRs can be gone very quickly.

FYI that the plus sign approach is date-based -- you choose a day on the calendar and it lists all restaurants with availability.

If you know what restaurant you want, you can use the app's search to find the dining location, and start a reservation from there for the date you want. I prefer this method as it's more direct.
