How to book...AAA, disney, small world,etc..

I am getting confused and turning to the experts on this one! The last two longer trips we booked thru AAA, the entire package. I was going to do it myself this time and book directly thru disney, travel dates Nov 1-8 2008 and watch for codes. We do not have AP's or disney visa right now.

Do you think thats a smart idea or better to stick with AAA or someplace like Small World?

If we wait and buy our tickets thru undercover tourister can we add the DDP onto them or is that not possible? I'm thinking no.

The main reason for booking direct is that you then keep control of the reservation. If you book through an agent they own the reservation and only they can make changes OR inquiries about it. Disney will not talk to you about it period.
That said if you book a package through AAA you get the AAA discount if available, don't book it it is not, and then if a code comes out you can call AAA and have them call Disney to apply the code. you lose the AAA discount but if the code is better, so what? you also get the AAA perks this was such as the diamond parking pass etc.
