How to block a buyer from my Ebay acutions?

Is it possible to block a specific buyer from bidding on my auctions? All I see is how to block certain types of bidders, such as no PayPal account, bad feedback, outside of country.

Can I block a certain buyer?

You can block anyone you know the ID for. Try this:

You can block them, but that does not stop them from bidding on your auctions on one of their other ebay user names. Good luck!
