How to announce on birthday?

So my mom knows we're going to Disney next year. But I booked the resort and everything. Her birthday is next Friday so I want to tell her then. We're staying at Port Orleans Riverside. When we go next year, we'll be there on her birthday. Any ideas?

Does she know that she's coming along, or is that the surprise? I would print a bunch of pictures of POR and make a cute scrapbook for her with your announcement in the form of a cute poem
