How to adjust a reservation?

Hi All.
I booked a four night stay in Dec at BLT. I want to remove the first night and make it a three night stay. How do I do this without losing the entire reservation? Can I do this online or call Member Services? This is high demand time and I am afraid to lose the three nights I want to keep.

Any suggestions??

You can not do this online. Call Member Services. They can modify an existing reservation to remove nights either at the beginning or end of a reservation. They can not drop nights out of the middle of a reservation.

Just call MS (or email them) and tell the CM that you want to drop the first night. They do this all the time. You won't lose the reservation.

I just did something very similar for the first week of December - but I emailed. I told them I did not want to lose my reservation, just wanted to modify it to drop the first night. I gave them the check-in and checkout dates I wanted to end up with. It took a few days, but I got an email back (with the same reservation number) saying it was all done. And everything went perfectly.

I emailed because it wasn't an urgent request and I thought whoever was working email requests was less likely to be in a hurry and thus more prone to a mistake.
