how to add a countdown ticker?

I found the page and created the ticker.
I copy and paste on a post, but it is not sticking and going on all new posts, etc.
How do I add it, please?

You need to paste it into your signature, rather than into a post. I see it fine above, so paste that exact same code into your signature. You can edit the signature by hovering over your username in the upper right corner of the page (next to Inbox and Alerts), then click on Signature.
