How to Access DAS on DL App

Hi,

my mother called this morning and registered for DAS, the CM took her photo and everything as well as my name. She didn’t make the advance selections as she wasn’t sure what day we’d what to do that - we live in separate states

however, I can’t see DAS on either her or my app? How long does it take to show? Did it not possibly go through correctly ?

It shows up after you've entered the park.
If you book advanced selections they will show in your plans.

She would be the one to do it in advance.
If you want to do it at the parks that's fine.

Once you are registered, anyone linked to her should be able to chat online or call to do the pre-arrival selections. I manage everything for my brother and we planned a trip we didn't want to tell him about (he will bug you about it until you want to pull you hair out, down to wanting to know what hotel and what day you'll eat where). I was able to chat with a CM online since we were registered from our December trip and make the selections. As long as you aren't within 2 days of your first park day you should be able to do this.

As stated above, a few minutes after you have scanned into the park you will see DAS on the "hamburger menu" and you can select attractions then.
