How timely is Mythos seating during peak dining times?

I'm trying to figure out what time to make a reservation for Mythos, but before I do, I'd like to know if Mythos is like WDW restaurants in the sense that if you book a ressie time during peak hours, you can expect to wait for your table and if you book at off-peak, you'll be seated pretty quickly.

If we booked a ressie at 1 pm, would our table be ready near that time, or would we have to wait a while? Would it be better to book around 2 pm instead?

Yes...you are absolutely correct. If you really wanted to be seated quickly, just show up at 11am when they open.

Something else you can do -- I was there in July, walked in without a reservation, they told me the wait was 45 minutes for a table inside, but I could walk directly to a table if I wanted to eat outside. Easy choice. You can always see if there's an outdoor seat. It's a covered patio, so you do have shade.
