How tall do you have to be to ride on Soarin' and EE?

I know soaring is 40 inches(last year my dd who was 3 loved it!) not sure about EE I believe it is a little taller though.

Thanks, DS is 45'' and he keeps measuring himself everyday to see if he has gotten any taller, than the day before!!
