How soon do Candlelight Processional Dinners fill up?

We will be going to WDW Dec. 11 and I plan to make reservations for the Candlelight Processional on either the 13th or 14th. Does the dinner package sell out or am I safe in waiting to reserve it? I assume that there are only a certain number of reserved slots offered per night, but am uncertain as to whether the amount of reserved slots are usually sold out early or not. I would appreciate your input.

I would book it now! I tried to get Le Cellier for the 10 December last week and it was sold out. I was able to get the last available early seating for 11 December. They did have seatings available at some of the less popular places.

You can change or cancel it up to 48 hours before, so I would book something now. It's possible to get a reservation the same day if not sold out but you will probably not have a good choice of dinner times.

Book now. I booked 3 weeks ago (I think) for Dec. 6 and couldn't get the restaurant I wanted at a time that matched the CP. So I got my second choice, but we are doing CP first at 5 then dinner at 7.

I tried to book for the 13th a month ago and couldn't get what I wanted...we had to move to Thursday the 12th and got one of the last seatings for Le Cellier.

I would call as soon as you know what you want and be willing to be flexible

We've never been before at Christmas and I am very excited! Maybe we'll see you there!

Just a reminder: you WILL be charged in advance for the package. But I agree that you should make the PS right away.

Be sure to report back as to whether or not you were successful. We took no chances, I started calling in June and I was the first one to book through the agent I called when it finally became available in late August. We're going to Mitsukoshi's Sat. November 30th. We have a party of 11 and I was not going to chance missing out with the Holiday weekend and a big party.

Book ithe CP now we had trouble getting the time for a dinner that we wanted. Some of the PS are full and only a late dinner is avablie. Good luck

I booked my CP dinner package last night for Dec 17 without a problem. I told the CM any night between Dec 17-19 for the 6:45 PM show at either Le Cellier or Chefs de France and she had all nights open at both restaurants. I took Le Cellier for 8:10 PM on Dec 17, we are only a party of 2, so maybe that makes a difference.
