How soon can I book

We are currently in the process of buying 50 pts at HH first issue 3/05. We would like to go to BCV or BWV the last week of sept or the 1st week of oct. We are fine with OKW also. I was wondering if I can book befrore the sale is final or do I have to wai. Also Will I have trouble getting a reservation for this time?

If it's a re-sale, you will have to wait until closing. The last week of September is pretty quiet but once you get into October, the food and wine festival is at EPCOT and it gets garder to book the BCV or BWV. But you never know. Good luck.

If you are buying directly from Disney, you can make your reservation as soon as you make the deposit.

However, it sounds like you are buying a resale contract. If so, you must wait until after the sale has closed and DVC/MS has you in the system.

The last week of September will be easier to get at BCV and BWV than the first week of October. The Food & Wine Festival time (which starts in October) is a busy time for the EPCOT resorts. Hopefully, you will be in the system before the 7 month window opens. Calling as soon as your booking window opens will give you a better chance of getting your first choice of accomodations and dates.

IMHO, since you are fairly flexible with resort choice and time, you will be able to get something on site.
