How should I plan my 1 day Park hopping?

We'll be going next week Monday (June 2nd) and we only have one day to park hop ( I have an annual pass but the others in my group don't) so I'm not sure how to maximize the benefits of the parkhopper. I want to do almost everything at Disneyland and the big ticket things at DCA.
