I'm sorry if I brought back sad memories for you, Serena.
I hope I'm able to make a reconciliation, as well, but I'm almost positive that it will never happen.

I hope you can remember the good times, as I will try to do.

dd, my grandma didn't do any of the stuff you've said your grandma is doing or has done. She was just a mean and cranky old lady, except with me and my girls.

I do remember the good times, there were lots of them. Something happened to her when my grandpa passed and it tore the family apart. Luckily, we were able to get along again, by the time she passed a little over a year ago.

I wish I had something good to say, advice or something.

I know an RN that works on a war veterans unit. She sees this behaviour all the time with patients and absent families. She often gets the impression that these old folks weren't such nice folks to their families in their younger years. It doesn't suprise me when some people die alone. Sad but true.
